Aside from our the races we have regular sessions during the week. Come join the fun!

Monday Night Recovery Run

What?


​
5km and 10km recovery run. The pace ranges from 5:00min/km to as slow as we need to go- no one gets left behind! Bag drop is available and drinks and snacks are provided. 
​​If you're too sore to run or want to work on strength training Simon and Tanya are usually around to run a HIIT session for you.
When?
Mondays @ 6pm sharp*

​​Meet outside the Art Gallery in the Domain.
* We usually actually get running somewhere between 6:10-6:15 but you don't want to risk missing it.

Wednesday Night Track

Come along and run some laps
What?
Interval/fartlek speed session. Total distance is usually 6-9kms + warm up/cool down.

Wilderness Wednesdays

Some after hours trail running
What?
Trail running in the lower North Shore. Total distance is usually 7-10kms. You will need a head torch. Not convinced? Check out Simon D's excellent video on youtube.
