Monday Night Recovery Run
What? |
5km and 10km recovery run. The pace ranges from 5:00min/km to as slow as we need to go- no one gets left behind! Bag drop is available and drinks and snacks are provided. If you're too sore to run or want to work on strength training Simon and Tanya are usually around to run a HIIT session for you. |
